HT stands for high-temperature, particularly when using gear-driven mode. As the name implies, the pad material is designed to better withstand aggressive sanding tasks without damage due to heat build up. Note: This is the original pad included with the RO 90 DX. Delta pad is not HT.

The super-soft pad is designed for less aggressive sanding and provides a smoother finish since it absorbs more energy.

The hard pad is well-suited for forming and shaping tasks. It will help you maintain a crisp edge since the pad is stiffer and has very little give.

The interface pad is best for super smooth finishes or contoured surfaces. This pad acts as a cushion between the sander and abrasives. Not well-suited for aggressive sanding.

Our abrasives packaging is color coded to match the colors below. The numbers in the bar represent the grit range for each abrasive type.

Rubin

For aggressive sanding of bare wood. Great for mild to medium stock removal and preparation for finishing.

Brilliant

For mild to medium stripping of paints and varnishes as well as fine sanding on bare wood.

Cristal

For more aggressive stripping of heavy build-ups down to the bare wood.

Saphir

For aggressive stock removal and heavy stripping jobs of hard, stubborn and thick coatings.

Granat

For most modern paint systems, VOC clear coats, plastic materials, solid surface and acrylics.

Titan

For solid surface applications and painted metal surfaces, such as automotive paint.

Vlies

For light sanding and mild abrasion of finished surfaces to a matte finish. Conforms to contours of material.

Platin

For higher gloss finishing of surfaces and sealants.
